Trading Update

Holiday Update: Last orders pre-Christmas have now been sent. You can still buy a Gift Voucher, are alternatively why not buy a product and Contact Us for a printable gift certificate, personalised to the weather station ordered! 

Office Closure: Our office is now closed. Our helpdesk (contact@greenfrogscientific.co.uk) will be operating throughout the holidays for sales queries, setup questions or technical support.  Normal service will resume on 12th January.

Returns: We will accept returns up to the end of January for Christmas purchases. Recently, all change-of-mind returns have been marked by Amazon as customer damaged, even after careful packaging by the returnee. We strongly recommend insuring any returns as we have no control of how Amazon assess returns, and cannot provide refunds in these circumstances.
