   Purchased the anemometer to replace the original which had seized, all back to normal now and recording data again. Free postage a bonus.

   Bearing had failed after 5 years, this considered unfortunate but acceptable.

   Fast delivery, Easy to replace. Has been in use for two weeks OK so far. Previous unit lasted 3 years before replacement. Internal reed switch failed.

5. Easy & cheap replacement for a worn out item

   Had to replace this as the bearing on the original had failed so the vanes didn't spin. I considered this acceptable as it had been running continuously for sveral years

   Had to replace the Anemometer due to it not turning, ordered this, it plugged straight in and started recording. The delivery was excellent no problems at all.

8. perfect replacement

   The wind speed and direction modules of my AERCUS station got hit by flying debris in a gale and demolished. I replaced them both from this site. They were delivered in 2 days and were fitted in1/2 hour and worked perfectly. Bonus was free delivery to the highlands of Scotland--- something that is not very often true these days

9. easy replacement for a jammed wind speed sensor

   When I realised that my weather station was saying that we had had no wind for a few days, I went up to the roodf and checked the anemometer and found it wasn't turning. I brought it down and disassembled it, to find that the bearings seemed to have gone very stiff.
   Found this as a replacement, it was a good price - including free delivery, even though we live in Italy - and was despatched promptly.
   it was easy to fit - a perfect replacement, and now I can see the wind speed.
